Put the word SNOOKER somewhere in your subject line (to get through our spam filter), and Include your Serial Number too if at all possible.

Please do not write to tell us 'It doesn't work' or 'There's an error' the more information we have, the quicker and more effectively we can help you.

We answer emails on a first-come-first served basis - usually the same working day - BUT, We're in the UK, and you may not be so please be patient. We also, very occasionally have a holiday or day off but you should always get an autoresponse so you know where we're at.
