Put the word SNOOKER somewhere in your subject line (to get through our spam filter), and Include your Serial Number too if at all possible.
Please do not write to tell us 'It doesn't work' or 'There's an error' the more information we have, the quicker and more effectively we can help you.
Please include as many of these as are sensible:-
- Your Serial number - (from the opening 'splash' screen).
- Your *previous* serial number, (if your wanting a new key.. but we understand you might have lost this).
- The full Version number of the program you are trying to run eg 7.0.324.
- The full, exact text of any error message you are seeing.
- Which Operating System you are running.
- *which* Internet Waiting room you are experiencing a problem in (if it's an on-line problem).
- For Quicksnooker 7 A .log file of activity up to the problem. See HERE for how to send a log file.
- For graphical anomoloies/bugs a screenshot of the problem.
We answer emails on a first-come-first served basis - usually the same working day - BUT, We're in the UK, and you may not be so please be patient.
We also, very occasionally have a holiday or day off but you should always get an autoresponse so you know where we're at.
In the event of a major service problem - we will post an explaination on the website news section, rather than reply to hundreds of emails.
